90-Day Performance Guarantee
We believe in earning your business through results, not long-term contracts.
If we do not improve at least one agreed-upon performance benchmark within the first 90 days of managing your existing Google Ads account, we will refund 100% of the management fees paid to Max Conversion during that perio
Guarantee Requirements
Advertising spend paid directly to Google or Microsoft is not refundable.
Full guarantee terms are provided in the client agreement.
Billing & Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Clients may be billed in USD or another supported currency depending on the agreement.
Billing Terms
- Management fees are billed in advance.
- Advertising spend is paid directly to Google and/or Microsoft.
- Setup fees, when applicable, are billed separately.
- Failed or declined payments may result in a pause of services until resolved.
Service Delivery
All services are delivered electronically.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Google Ads access
- Google Analytics / GA4 access
- Google Tag Manager access (if applicable)
- Website access
- CRM access (if revenue tracking is requested)
- Timely approvals and requested information
Delays in providing access or approvals may delay fulfillment
Privacy & Data Protection
We take client privacy seriously.
